Based in North West London the classes are designed to provide a complete antenatal education providing all the advantages of standard antenatal classes such as meeting other expectant parents living in the area and learning more about the process of birth. However HypnoBirthing® classes are unique in their approach to pain in birth. You will gain an understanding of how your body works during birth. You will be shown simple yet highly effective techniques that will enable you to work with your body during labour and birth.
I aim to make my classes fun, informal and informative.
There are 5 classes each lasting 21/2 hours. For optimum benefit the classes are run with a week in between each to allow time to absorb the information and practice the techniques learnt.
If you do not have 5 weeks left before baby is due it is possible to teach the classes over a shorter time period (e.g over a weekend). Please contact us to discuss this.
